One lane will be left open during children’s swim lessons for adults only IF there is room.

Water Aerobics I – A non-clinical, therapeutic class for individuals recovering from or suffering from chronic disease, surgery, or illness. This mild exercise class is designed to exercise all muscles critical to movement and function. Stretch and strengthen without putting undue pressure on joints and lower back.

Water Aerobics II – A moderate to high intensity workout. Each participant works to his/her ability. Class is designed to increase muscle tone, flexibility, and lung capacity. Core stabilizers are also challenged. A great aerobic workout without putting stress on knees, ankles, and lower back. This class is also a great cross-training activity for even the athlete.

It’s Just Water – And we use it for all types of exercising and fun. Exercises, games, swimming, yoga – we do it all!
