Ali prefer to call himself a filmmaker because he almost play every role in the process of filmmaking.
Ali as a director he made 3 sort documentaries, 1 short fiction and 1 feature documentary.
his films screened in several festivals and venues; such as Malmo Arab Film Festival and Faludi International Film Festival.
his biggest achievement was winning audience award in the competition 2MM powered by MBC 2 and Ajyal Film Festival for his 1 minute film Atlantis.

Besides producing and directing, Ali did some editing work, he also have a fair knowledge of Adobe photoshop and After effect.
