Nancy J. Lewis is a leading motivational/inspirational keynote speaker, trainer, author, and registered corporate coach. She is the president of Progressive Techniques, Inc. based in Fayetteville, Georgia where the theme of her organization is “Developing a Better YOU!” She earned a M.S. degree from Georgia State University in Urban and Public Affairs with concentration in Human Resources. Nancy has worked as an adjunct faculty instructor at Georgia State University where she taught an undergraduate Human Resources course. She has been speaking and conducting training for 30 years. Nancy is a former Dale Carnegie instructor. Nancy works with organizations that want to develop their people potential and with employees who want more fulfillment in their lives and careers. She conducts dynamic keynotes and seminars on customer service, leadership, diversity, human resources, and personal enrichment. She delivers customized, energizing, interactive, and content-rich presentations that provide strategies for everyday living. Nancy is a business coach and works with executives and managers to help them transform and enhance their careers.
Nancy was in the 2016 edition of Who’s Who in Black Atlanta, “The Ultimate Networking Guide.” She is the former host of the radio talk show Sisters Together: Sharing Stories Straight From the Heart. She has been featured regularly on local radio and television broadcasts. Nancy was selected as a 2009 WNBA Atlanta Dream Woman of Inspiration. Nancy was selected by Rolling Out Magazine as one of 25 most influential women in Atlanta for 2009. Nancy is certified as an MBE.

Nancy founded the program Divine Young Ladies (DYL): Changing Hearts to Change Lives where she works with urban middle school girls. Nancy is the co-founder of Transforming Women Entrepreneurs (TWE), a quarterly women's breakfast forum for entrepreneurs and professional business women.

e-book, Nancyisms...Nuggets of Wisdom for Life which can be found on Kindle. She is the co-author of Sisters Together: Lessons Learned That Have Anchored Our Souls, a compilation of short stories from multi-cultural women sharing how they moved from adversity to victory. She is the author of Things To Do To Be A Better YOU. Nancy is the co-author of her newly released book, Millennials and Beyond-Making the Leap from Texting to Talking.
