Analysis
Positives: Has a rare athletic frame with a very thick chest, big thighs and calves and a large bubble...Has very good natural strength and balance...Snaps out of his stance suddenly, displaying a good short burst through the holes...Has the vision and cut back ability to get to the corner, using his size properly to bounce off tackles...Bruising inside runner who maintains a low pad level and quick hip swerve in his change of direction agility...Natural receiver out of the backfield who is especially effective on swing screens, flats and wheel routes...Has a good power base, showing explosion as a blocker and very good kick out technique in his pass set...Shows urgency to separate from defenders when operating in space...Despite his massive frame, he has the foot agility of a tailback and the quickness to make defenders miss...Knows how to dip his shoulders and deliver bruising shots on linebackers working the second level...Faces up to defenders with aggression and shows good ball security, especially when getting vertical with the ball after the catch.
Negatives: Needs to be monitored in his off-season workouts (not a weight room warrior) and must be pushed to keep up his weight training program...Due to his size, he does not have that instant speed, rather needing time to build up (also lacks finishing speed)...A solid blocker, but struggles vs. stunts and twists, as he will duck his head, causing him to stumble and miss his target...Good lead blocker, but needs to face up and wipe out the defender quicker to clear the rush lane...Mirrors well in pass protection, but does not fully extend his hands to lock on and sustain...Needs to apply himself more, as he is not a fan of class work or digesting the play book.

Formerly of Indiana University, Jeremi decided to transfer to Western Kentucky for his final season due to a difference in game philosophy with the new Indiana coaching staff...A Jerome Bettis-type who loves operating in a one-back system, he has proven to be a very capable receiver...For his collegiate career, he carried 286 times for 1568 yards (5.5 avg) and 13 touchdowns, adding 60 receptions for 696 yards (11.76 avg) and four scores in 48 games.
