| Notice of the Volunteer Anthrax Immunization Program (AVIP)
This is to notify you that your position has been designated as Emergency Essential. Your civilian leaders may strongly recommend anthrax vaccination if needed in the future. This vaccination process includes taking a series of anthrax vaccine immunizations to include annual boosters. You may refuse anthrax vaccination and you will not be punished. No disciplinary action or adverse personnel action will be taken. You will not be processed for separation, and you will still be deployable. There will be no penalty or loss of entitlement for refusing the vaccination.
