This involves providing leadership, guidance and advice to teams involved in receiving applications, checking policy compliance, preparing, checking and certifying legal documents, and negotiating conditions, which facilitates a smooth transition from perpetual leases into freehold titles.




Essential Minimum Qualifications: Must be registered as a Conveyancer pursuant to the Conveyancer's Act 1994.
