It is difficult to identify the level of client awareness of the usability service industry as there is close tie between the number of respondents perceiving it as conscious (16) and those considering it to be evolving (14). Even when we consider the individual groups there is a near equal division of answers between Conscious and Evolving.
In terms of client awareness of the eye-tracking service industry, almost 50% of the respondents (22) consider the clients to be conscious that includes 50% of suppliers and 57% of consultants. About 25% of the respondents feel that the clients are unaware about the eye-tracking services but it includes 50% of the costumers (2).
