LATE APPLICATIONS:




A written explanation of why any application has had to be made at short notice (i.e. why the charterer requires the cargo to be transported urgently) must be included with any application made within 5 working days of the initial flight (except for humanitarian relief operations).



EXTRA-BILATERAL APPLICATIONS:




Where an applicant wishes to operate a route for which traffic rights are not available they must demonstrate that they have received "non objections" from all cargo airlines established in the UK, see list below and follow the "Extra-bilateral 5th freedom application procedures" published at www.dft.gov.uk/aviationpermits
