   Where you may be charged a fee, then this fee is set out in this standard pricing table. Please check this standard pricing table carefully to see what fees apply to your use of the service.

   The meaning of the words printed like this is set out at the end of the service description or in the Consumer terms as applicable to you.

   OPTUS PRE-PAID MOBILE BROADBAND SERVICE
   
   
   
   
   1. 
      Equipment Charges
      
      1. 
         You may:
         
         1. 
            purchase an approved device from us as part of a Pre-Paid Bundled Starter Kit to access the service; or
            
         2. 
            use your own device, to access the service.
            
      2. 
         The device may be network locked to our network. Before we provide you with the code to unlock your device you must:
         
         1. 
            have been connected to the service for a period of twelve continuous months or more from the date the service was activated, or
            
         2. 
            recharge your SIM card to the value of $100 or more in total (you may recharge your SIM card to the value of $100 or more once or you may recharge your SIM card multiple times where the sum of all recharges is $100 or more).
            
      3. 
         SIM Card
         
         You may purchase a SIM card:
         
         1. 
            with selected devices as part of the Pre-Paid Bundled Starter Kit; or
            
         2. 
            in a Pre-Paid SIM Only Starter Kit, if you have elected to use your own device .
            
      4. 
         The price of the Pre-Paid Bundled Starter Kit and Pre-Paid SIM Only Starter Kit, and details of what is included in these starter kits is set out in the table below.
