      Daily usage fee is $3 for unlimited data and standard national SMS. Excludes services not compatible with Mobile Broadband such as Premium SMS and MMS. The usage fee is charged at the first time you connect to the internet or first SMS sent each day after 12:00:00am AEST. Usage fee is not charged on days when you do not connect to the internet or send an SMS.

      Daily usage fee expires on the earlier of: 1. 11:59:59pm AEST each day; or 2. the time at which you select another offer.
      
   6. 
      Timing is based on AEST (the time in Sydney, NSW) regardless of your location. Please adjust your usage to allow for time differences.

      The Data Days rate plan is available to customers accessing the internet from within Australia only, solely through Optus approved modem or device and excludes Peer-to-Peer usage.

   Unused data will roll over to the next recharge up to 50GB if you recharge before your credit expires. You will lose all your data if you don’t recharge before credit expiry. If you recharge over 50GB you will forfeit any data over that limit.

   Maximum data allowance on the Roaming Data recharge voucher at any time is 36GB. If you recharge over this amount, you will forfeit any data over the 36GB limit. Unused credit will rollover when you recharge before credit expiry. Roaming data is charged in 10 kilobyte increments. A minimum credit balance of 250KB is required to start a data session.

   Roaming Data can only be used on selected 3G networks in eligible countries. Optus makes no guarantee regarding the quality and availability of coverage or any roaming services.  Please see Section 4.5 for a list of eligible countries.

   OTHER CHARGES

      You may cancel your service at any time. You will not be entitled to any refund for any unused data, SMS or unredeemed recharge amounts.
