Suzuki’s Supplier Quality Assurance Manual The following measures were adopted by informal vendors 1. American Society for Material Specifications 2. Total Quality Measures, 3. International Standards Institutions, and 4. Total Inspection Systems. The International Standards Organization’s standards adopted include those shown in Table 7.5. Of the formal vendors 59.1 percent and of the informal vendors 58.3 percent stated that they were complying with some of the 6 ISOs.
