Noise can be physical, or psychological. Feedback There is feedback when the receiver replies the message transmitted. The feedback can take the form of a verbal or nonverbal message or carrying out an action requested by the sender. Feedback helps the sender to know if the message has been understood. The model helps us to analyse the various elements, which influence communication flow within an organisation. The model also shows that communication will become effective when the sender encodes the message in the form the receiver understands and can decode.
