2. Align with maintenance strategies

2. Align with maintenance strategies
In this section, the approved Operate phase performance standards are structured and loaded into the CMMS within
Planned Maintenance Routines against the relevant SCE.
During the Asset’s Execute phase, the RRM process takes into account the design and other requirements, and is applied to the SCEs to determine the routine maintenance strategy and performance assurance task frequency. This then provides the basis for performance checking at project handover and for managing performance assurance tasks in the Asset’s
Operate phase. In cases where an existing Asset’s performance assurance requirements need improvement, this activity shall be carried out in the Asset’s Operate phase and will comprise a review and adjustment of existing maintenance plans in the CMMS
or the creation of additional plans.
