5. ASSESSMENT 5.1 Course Work The course is based on diversified continuous assessment, including tests and assignments. Students must obtain a final minimum average of 50% to pass the course.
5.1.1. Tests Material covered online will be assessed at regular intervals by means of practical tests.
At the end of the semester, a single supplementary test will beset for those students who, for any reason, have missed a regular test. Please refer to page 11 and 13 for supplementary test dates. This additional test shall replace a missed test or a failed test. Students who wish to improve their semester marks can also write the supplementary test the mark obtained in the supplementary test shall replace the mark for one test. All tests will be written under controlled environments at respective venues namely main campus and regional centres, unless changed otherwise.
