The Contractor shall warrant the equipment to be new and free from defects in material and workmanship, and will, within 1-year from the date of installation, repair or replace any equipment found to be defective. This warranty shall not apply to any equipment that has been subject to misuse, abuse, negligence or unauthorized modification.
