  • Play-by-Play and Color Commentator for both the GW men and women’s basketball team in the Atlantic-10 Conference while traveling with team throughout the country as one of the main voices of WRGW Sports

WNBC-TV, New York, NY, Sports Programming Intern Summer 2009

  • Worked in the NBC Sports Department doing on-site field reporting and interviewing with the Mets and Yankees players and coaches inside the locker room as well as the United States Open Golf Tournament qualifiers

  • Wrote scripts for the newscasts and cut video highlights for the 6 and 11 o’clock sportscasts while learning how a local sports telecast is put together and produced

  • Screened calls for shows such as Joe Beningo and Evan Roberts in the midday and Rick Wolff’s Sports Edge and cut audio of major league baseball games and show highlights all while gaining insight into the preparation of a radio personality

  • Learned how a 24-hour radio station operates by working all hours at WFAN during the summer assisting in all facets of the station
