  Lead the Internal Training Program (18 month) For the Technical Departments (Operation and Gas Engineering)
  
• 
  Identifying the Path to Optimal Performance (POP) for the new and existing employees (supervise junior members of staff. This included on job training, coaching and allowing opportunities for growth)
  
• 
  Provide technical and operational expertise within process area
  
• 
  Writing operating training materials for the cryogenic areas inside the plant
  
• 
  Supervise the internal training for the junior operation engineers and operators
  
• 
  Identify long-term improvement opportunities for process area (margin improvement; reliability, energy, etc.)
  
• 
  Participates in planning, cost development and management, and scheduling for assigned projects
