PI Buffer Subsystem Service Use the
PI Buffer Subsystem Service page to configure PIBufss as a Service. This page also allows you to start and stop the PIBufss service.
PIBufss does not require the logon rights of the local administrator account. It is sufficient to use the LocalSystem account instead. Although the screen
below shows asterisks for the LocalSystem password, this account does not have a password.
