Here is a key to the orchestras and conductors involved when pseudonyms were used. This may not be a complete list of orchestras and there may be conductors I've missed for certain orchestras. The best source of details regarding these releases is the third and final supplement of Clough & Cuming's World Encyclopedia of Recorded Music (though the strange story of the single "Claridge Symphony" disc is not correctly told there).
