Meeting called to order at 18:30 at the Grafton HS Kiva

1) Five new members were introduced

2) No comments on last meeting’s minutes—approved as written

- Question posed regarding access to minutes. Will insure distribution via Arbiter and Posted to PSOA website (www.psoa.us)

3) Treasury report

- All completed leagues have paid their fees—three leagues will pay when complete

- 199 checks issued this month for $48,804

4) Sean Kent discussed recertifications and upgrades

- Plan assessments early next year to avoid the rush

- One more recertification class to be held on the peninsula, three in Virginia Beach

5) Assignor reports

- Most leagues are finished now

- Atlantic Cup tournament to be held December 6^th/7^th

6) The annual Pizza Party will be held on December 18^th with the monthly membership meeting

- Annual Membership Photo will be taken – Wear PSOA Jacket or other black Jacket/shirt

7) New PSOA Board elections will be held on January 15^th

- Chuck Gwilt is the chairman for the election

- Get your nominations to Chuck Gwilt or Joe Skaja for next year’s board members

8) Matt Franz led the training topic this month

- Severity of fouls on a scale of no foul through red card offenses was discussed at length

- Great training for all referees

9) 52 members attended the meeting this month—see attached for names
