(b) Estimated cost : Rs. 3,04,99,843 /-

(c) The amount of earnest money to be deposited shall be in accordance with the provision of the paras 206 and 207 of the M.P.W. Manual.

(c) Earnest Money: Rs. 1,53,000/-

(d) The deposit shall be accordance with paras 213 & 214 of M.P.W. Manual.

(d) Security Deposit :
(i) Cash (not less than amount Rs. 6,10,050/-
of earnest money)

(e) This percentage where no security deposit is taken will vary from 5% to 10% according to the requirement of the case. Where security deposit is taken see note to clause (1) of condition of contract.

(e) Percentage, if any, to be deducted from bill so as to make up the total amount required as security deposit by time the half the work as measured by the cost is done 4 percent.

(f) Give schedule where necessary , showing dates by which various items to be completed.

(f) Time allowed for the work from date of written order to commence is 12(Twelve) months including monsoon should this tender be accepted.

I / We hereby agree that this offer shall remain open for acceptance for a minimum period of 90 days from the date fixed for opening the same and thereafter until it is withdrawn by us / by notice in writing duly addressed to the authority opening the tenders and sent by registered post A.D. or otherwise delivered at the office of such authority.
