Quantum Caring Leadership- Integrating Quantum Leadership With Caring Science
Conclusions New healthcare, nursing-specific, leadership models will be required to participate in a quantum-unitary reality to sustain humanity. If the dominant leadership model is based on apart versus a unitary human caring paradigm, it can lead to a totalizing and objectifying humanity. QL science has long held a shared unitary nursing caring disciplinary perspective, although not made explicit. This paper uncovered and made explicit ontological-philosophical disciplinary congruence between CS and QL. This evolved quantum caring healthcare leadership model invites new provocative thinking and critique, both for the discipline as well as for an informed new unitary, quantum caring consciousness for all healthcare leadership.
