| Quantum Caring Healthcare Leadership Principles Ethic: Both QL and CS share ethic of belonging (to infinity)—as the foundational starting point fora unitary science worldview this ethic serves as the basis for QCL leadership principles and practices to honor social mandates to sustain human dignity and human- organizational, dynamic evolution Ontology: QL and CS both embrace a unitary ontology and quantum worldview thinking, honoring oneness and infinite connections, thus generating QCL constructs of caring community and relational accountability as healthcare leadership principles Philosophical–Values: Both QL and CS honor unity of the whole person mindbodyspirit-shared human valued connections across time, extending into infinity, thus generating QCL healthcare principles, which explicitly embrace diversity of human spirit, creativity, awe, wonder, infinite possibilities unfolding Theoretical: Both QL and CS share unitary perspectives related to human caring and 10 caritas processes— whereby transpersonal caring moments potentiate new human-environment field patterning dynamics of human expression of love and caring create sustainable healthcare leadership principles and lead to complex- ity-based, ontologically designed models of organizational structure Epistemology: Both QL and CS share principles of transcendent consciousness whereby the leadership values, philosophy, and ontological worldview affect the entire field of knowledge and what counts as knowledge. The expanding quantum caring leadership epistemology adheres to new models of knowing and research, including nonphysical QL models, for example the concepts of presence, consciousness, intuition, and authenticity and similar human phenomena, embracing all ways of knowing. These include the artistic, personal, relational, intuitive, empirical, ethical, spiritual, and soon, along with co- creative, exploratory methodologies and expanded epistemology that has the potential to generate new theories, knowledge, and new forms of unitary healthcare caring leadership inquiry Praxis: Both QL and CS celebrate praxis as informed moral practice of new forms of healthcare. QCL science is guided by the unitary, quantum worldview of creative infinite unknowns and the emergence of QCL principles that seek evidentiary, community building by creating space for authentic emergence of human- caring community structures that allow for expressions of love and human caring. Quantum caring leadership praxis invites an evolution of human consciousness, an opening to spirit, mystery, wonder, awe of nature, and the infinite universe Together: QL and CS provide and affirm a shared ethical, ontological, and philosophical disciplinary worldview to inform if not transform nursing and healthcare leadership. Guided by these evolved shared, unitary quantum disciplinary commonalties, the following principles for quantum caring healthcare leadership are offered. Watson et al. 257 Quantum Caring Healthcare Leadership Principles Quantum Caring Healthcare Leadership principles involve universality of human caring community as a quantum unitary phenomenon Quantum Caring Healthcare Leadership principles build upon the 10 Caritas Processes of CS and transpersonal caring as a theoretical guide for expanding the nursing disciplinary foundation for new models of universal, caring-healing healthcare Quantum Caring Healthcare Leadership builds on QL principles of nonlinear structures, relational-ethical accountability, and complexity-quantum-based models of design, allowing for ontological-infinite emergence of caring-healing health communities Quantum Caring Healthcare Leadership universals integrate with Caritas Processes® of transpersonal CS theory, creating a language and structure for substantive human leadership models as quantum acts of love and caring (Porter-O’Grady & Malloch, 2010; Watson, 2008, 2017). Quantum Caring Healthcare Leadership principles build upon the unitary CS ethic of belonging and love, as nursing, discipline-specific, unitary ethical view of science, allowing for concepts such as nonlocal consciousness, nonphysical phenomena, human caring transpersonal field, and human health (healing) experiences mystery, infinite unknowns Quantum Caring Healthcare Leadership and the discipline of nursing principles are grounded in a unitary view of science and nursing phenomena distinctly evolved beyond the conventional Western-parts paradigm and Newtonian worldview of science Quantum Caring Healthcare Leadership’s unifying framework grounds the discipline within an expanding view of science, adhering to nursing’s moral-ethi- cal imperative as the starting point to sustain humanity itself and, specifically, human caring-healing and health practices for the world Quantum Caring Healthcare Leadership has principles that offer directions for whole person-whole system, caring-healing, global healthcare organizations. Summary In summary, nursing leadership continues to evolve from transformative, transactional leadership principles to a unitary quantum caring worldview of infinity of relationships- universe. CS has evolved more explicitly, underpinned by the second quantum revolution, and QL principles.
