A. Pollock: Speaking on behalf of the 700’s I am presenting a couple of suggestions, simple ones. (Lists suggestions). Remember this is all suggestions, it does not mean you have to make these changes.

-Questions:

-Sherman: 702.252b IV and 703.823c, the speaker and both chairs need to know about who is with who. The reason why I put that in there was to clarify a few things because of interpretation by individuals.
-A. Pollock: I would go further to striking out 703.690 and in regards to 702.252b IV crossing out 4 weeks.
*Motion to admit all members by Scalice; seconded by Estevez

-Scalice: POI, can you clarify to becoming or switching a member in 703.690

-Sherman: I think it should be switching to another committee.
-Owens: Governor appointed positions and the hours, I think there should be uniformity and listing of hours for all positions.

A. Pollock: A lot of you were in the room when we discussed the 700’s. If you have any particular changes that you would like to make, or if you wish to get caught up on what was discussed, feel free to contact me.
-Questions:
-Owens: 702.203d’s wording is different from other positions. A uniform way of saying the amount of hours worked would make the statutes consistent.
-A. Pollock: I agree.
-Sherman: About the hours, 20 hours is the maximum you can work, that’s why I say “up to ____”. Budget Committee varies in hours, and is not consistent with the House.
