Goal

My team will improve our reputation with our internal clients

In order to improve our service and subsequently our reputation with internal clients we will developing a process that streamlines our client support model and mandate all our staff take a relationship building training class.

SMART GOAL

In order to improve our service, and subsequently our reputation with internal clients, we will develope a process that streamlines our client support model by the end of the summer and mandate all our staff take a relationship building training class by December 2012.

Yes because service level was identified as a significant issue in the employee engagement survey with regard to our area.

The project plans will be in place by September 2012 and both projects are to be completed by June 2013.

Yes, building campus connections helps us build a One University culture and improving programs ties back to the “Eyes High” goal of enriching the quality of learning.

My goal is to increase the Student USRI ratings for our faculty.

My goal is to support the improvement of the teaching skills of our faculty members leading to more student selecting “excellent” on the question rating overall quality of instruction. This will result in a 3-7% increase a year and subsequently an overall increase of 20% within 3 years. I will support this goal through running a weekly lunch and learn series for the faculty until the end of the year and ensure this priority has been well communicated to all faculty members by fall 2012.
