Research model
a) The effects of mediating variables: role stress and intrinsic motivation
Intrinsic motivation is the extent to which an employee is excited about a work activity and is motivated to engage in it for the sake of the activity itself (Oldham and Cummings 1996).
Intrinsically motivated employees will be more excited about their work and this increases their creativity
