Quality Control Responses on various aspects of quality and quality control measures clearly indicate that the respondents are aware of the importance of this and how this could help them expand. During the survey only two of the informal vendors stated that they did not have quality assurance methods installed as a management tool (see Table 7.3). They also stated that they had not improved quality of output over the last five years. However the respondents all agreed that with better quality, their volume of sales could improve.
