| 3.0 CONCLUSION
In conclusion, the employment of artificial intelligence robots is advantageous to tourism since it may lead to gains in speed, cost-effectiveness, and even accuracy in providing services. A robot that is used in the tourism industry such as the hotel and airline industry can improve its hospitality effectiveness. For instance, AI robots can be used as assistants in the hotels industry where robots are used to perform simple tasks and in the airline industry which is providing AI robot to guide, assists tourist, and become a security guard.
However, the overuse of robots in the tourism industry can lead to the reduction of jobs and it cannot handle an unexpected situation. This is due to employer choose robot more because robot do not get tired and the service its provided are the same all the time. Hopefully, after a long time, we could find the best way to overcome this situation where we could still get high employment rate and the used of robot in industry are also high.
