Three people were killed, including the gunman, who shot himself, and another seven were injured. The alleged shooter was described as a white male, about 58-years-old, who entered the theater by himself. One person that was there said they didn’t hear the gunman say anything and she didn't hear anybody screaming either. The theater was showing the movie Trainwreck and star Amy Schumer sent out her condolences via social media saying, "My heart is broken and all my thoughts and prayers are with everyone in Louisiana." A frightening note was left on the windshield of a service member's car near Dobbins Air Reserve Base in Marietta, Georgia this week. The note read, "dear american soldier, death to you coward women child killer and all the american military mohammad will show no mercy on you attacks will come full force death is to come to you." The threatening note is being investigated by local police.
