Reports to the Chief Technology Officer and is responsible for operational management of the development teams and processes, and working closely with internal client quality, professional services, customers, and partners to ensure the effective and successful implementation of R-Squared technologies and solutions.



  • Supervise management of a 30-member combination on-shore/off-shore development team.

  • Oversee the deployment and coordination of effective Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Quality Control (QC) and configuration management processes for R-Squared software solutions.

  • Guide the documentation of requirements and production of technical design specifications and/or system architecture, Collaborate with Product Management to prioritize feature development.

  • Consult with client project teams to provide direction and oversight to ensure project solutions align with R-Squared’s technical vision.

  • Lead the strategic development effort of the next version of R-Squared’s software platform (RADS5).

  • Perform expert level hands-on coding within the system as necessary, to expedite delivery of critical components and to maintain a working familiarity with the current codebase.

  • Rapidly configure and code components on demo systems to deliver key prototypes and proof of concept modules for demo clients.

  • Act as lead technologist where necessary to troubleshoot and debug sensitive, complex, and/or critical client production issues.

  • Review and approve both base product and client driven change requests to ensure soundness of technical design of proposed solutions, modules, and enhancements.

  • Participate in sales visits and demos to provide technology support. Support the Sales team on RFP responses for all technically related questions.

  • Oversee IT operations management of infrastructure (150+ servers and network) and assets with a focus on system availability and data protection.

  • Co-awarded a patent in 2015 for the development and design of R-Squared’s iPad application.

Web Applications Architect (Senior Technical Specialist/Enterprise Technology Business Integration) for the Law Department of a major telecom corporation, specializing in web applications for use by the attorneys, advocates, government affairs, and support personnel within the company.





  • Serve as team lead to provide technical direction, innovation, research, and troubleshooting for applications development group consisting of 20 developers, administrative staff, and data center management staff.

  • Develop and implement highly customized web-based document repository applications integrating ASP.NET, Adobe Acrobat and MS Office documents, Verity full text search engine, and MS SQL Server.
