Introduction: Student portals is one of based information system that contain information on courses offered, transcripts, email programs, timetables, exam schedules and department contact numbers. They may also offer links to useful Web resources, such as research tools and online journals. Using an online portal instead of printing information in booklets saves schools printing and paper costs. It also benefits the environment by using fewer resources. An online portal makes it easier for students to access important information from anywhere at any time of day. Portals are commonly used in colleges and universities where prompt information and necessary updates must be readily available to a large number of students. Departments of education sometimes also use portals to direct students to educational resources for fun and learning. Fact Finding Methodology: Our method of data collection is questionnaire or survey, where we wrote a set of questions designed to yield specific information and then we asked people to answer those questions then we gathered the information and the responses. We chose this method because in questionnaire each respondent receives the same set of questions in exactly the same way. Therefore, yield data more comparable than information obtained through an interview. Fact Finding Preparation: The aim of this project is to get information about the mistakes are existing in the current student portal of the Limkokwing University of creative technology and correct them, to improve and develop the system to become more useful and accessible, and to add new features on the system. Questionnaire about the student portal in Limkokwing University of creative technology: We are software engineering students at Limkokwing University .we are carrying out a survey on student's opinions about the student portal of the University as part of our assignment for Software Requirements Engineering class. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANSWER Methodology: Our questions were given to 30 of Limkokwing students from different faculties which are 21 questions based on student portal. we used close questions came up with multiple choices and open question that allow the student to write his/her opinion or what he/she think about our title and if he/she can give advises to improve it.
