Dear TSG Chairs,

At the May meeting of TSG-S, we received a requirements document from CWTS associated with the recently added work item ‘High Speed Data Enhancements to the Air Interface’.
As a result of this contribution and recognizing that there are a number of requirements and scheduling issues associated with this work item, TSG-S has decided to take up the development of a formal requirements document in order to expedite the development of this work item.
TSG-S would therefore like to formally solicit contributions towards this requirements document for our June meeting scheduled for the week of June 5th in Vancouver Canada. Our plan would be to review all contributions during the June meeting with the goal of producing a completed document by the end of the July meeting scheduled for the week of July 10^th in Hawaii.
We look forward to contributions from all 3GPP2 members and partners.
