Reasonable suspicion An objectively justifiable suspicion that is based on specific facts or circumstances and that justifies stopping and sometimes searching (as by frisking) a person. Rehabilitation/treatment team A coordinating group consisting of the Soldier, the unit commander and/or first sergeant, the treating provider, and other appropriate personnel as required. The team reviews all pertinent information about the Soldier to include rehabilitation treatment plan that requires rehabilitation testing. It selects the appropriate rehabilitation methods and assists the commander insetting standards of behavior and goals for evaluation of the Soldier’s progress in rehabilitation.
