UWC Atlantic College Reunion FAQ’s

  1. How do I book?

Bookings for your Reunion weekend can be made online here. http://www.atlanticcollege.org/events-1/

  1. Will I be staying in my old house?

Accommodation will be allocated by year group so it is not guaranteed you will be in the same house as when you were a student. However you will be sharing with others from your year group.

  1. I would like to share with my old dorm mates, is this possible?

Every effort will be made to accommodate room sharing requests. Please send the details of who you would like to share with to ReunionBooking@atlanticcollege.org

  1. I am bringing my spouse; will we be sharing a room?

Rooms are all male or all female unless two couples request to share a dorm.

  1. I am bringing my family; will we be sharing a room?

Student dorms can hold up to 5 beds to accommodate families. Please note if any of your party hold an infant ticket it is assumed a travel cot will be provided by yourselves. We usually place families from each year together in Sunley and Tice.

  1. Can children/infant ticket holders attend the reunion dinner on the Saturday evening?

We are afraid not. Holders of a child or infant ticket are not permitted to attend the reunion dinner on the Saturday evening (this includes children under 16 booked into the family dormitory). If your child is 16+ and you would like them to attend the reunion dinner they MUST hold an adult ticket.

  1. Will childcare be provided?

There is no provision for childcare during the Reunion weekend. Please note those holding a child or infant ticket are not permitted to attend the Reunion Dinner on the Saturday Evening. Childcare can be booked via Tinies http://www.tinies.com/childcare-agencies/nanny-agency-wales

Or a popular idea is for the partner of the alumni attending to book the AC inclusive package EXCLUDING the reunion dinner and be the babysitter for the night.

  1. Is it possible to stay in the castle?

We are sorry but no, accommodation is within the student houses only.
