Change blindness occurs when an individual fails to notice some tremendous changes in the realm where they base their decision-making arguments. Change blindness obstructs individuals from realizing all factors that are necessary in making a sound decision. Johansson, Hall, & Sikström (2008) conducted experiments that proved that change blindness often results to choice blindness. Bound awareness, on the other hand is a situation where people fail to see all the options they have before making a decision (Bazerman & Sezer, 2016).
