 Inspects, meters, indicators and gauges to detect abnormal fluctuations.

 Calibrates reading on instruments according to standards and adjusts phasing and aligns stages to ensure accuracy of recording and indicating function.

 Records calibrations made, parts and components used and inventory of parts on hand.

 May be designated according to type of HDPE plastic plant as INSTRUMENT ASSISTANT TECHNICIAN or INSTRUMENT REPAIRER.

 Monitor and control all machines and equipments as per Standard Check Sheet.

 Support the company management program to improve system and increase the profit.

 Do other tasks as per instructions of immediate superior.

 Maintain the cleanliness of the storage of parts and monitor/control maximum and minimum stock.

 Put label or tags for all equipment with problem or for repair for traceability.

 Follow the ISO 9001 Standard Awareness and Safety Standard.

 Write all the problems encountered on production area with permanent countermeasure on logbook for shift turnover.

 Give ideas during weekly meetings to all subordinates and co-employee to improve production areas or department.
