Qualifications of Organization: EdVenture Group has been recognized as a P21 Professional Development Affiliate. The principle of the organization, Ms. Taylor, has extensive experience in providing professional development throughout West Virginia and surrounding states. She has completed the Advanced management Program at Duke University and holds a masters from West Virginia University in Secondary Education. She is certified in Life Success Consulting and Coaching. The EdVenture Group recently has partnered with Pearson for the use of the “Who Took My Chalk” model in Pearson’s educational work. EdVenture contracts with staff to provide specific services that exceed the skill or time limitations of the corporation.

  • Capturing Kids Hearts is a character education program for principals and staff which emphasize the process of leadership skills development.

  • Process Champions are teachers and administrators who receive training to act as process mentors, helping their colleagues apply and master all aspects of CKH.

  • Campus Consulting Pac is on-site visits for TFG campus consultant to support and provide implementation feedback to the campus administration and Process Champions; to encourage the day-to-day behaviors and actions needed to execute the transformational processes taught by TFG.

  • Teen Leadership is a high school course that teaches students to take responsibility, express themselves, and handle problems and decisions when they arise.
