NATIONAL CANCER CONTROL PROGRAMME (NCCP)

Revised National Cancer Control Programme (NCCP) put in place to bridge the gaps in the availability of cancer treatment facilities in the country.

Under the RCC scheme of the revised NCCP, the quantum of assistance enhanced to a one time assistance of Rs.3 crore instead of existing assistance of Rs.75 lakh per year.

The quantum of assistance under Oncology grant enhanced from Rs.2 crore to Rs.3 crore.
