Zoos should be shut down
Music should not no longer be a part of the elementary school curriculum

Zoos should be shut down
- zoos confine wild animals/ deprive them of/ their freedom
- zoos = artificial environments/ not as spacious as natural habitat/ affect the physiology of captured animals
- some zoos/ extremely poor living conditions (insufficient food and water, unhygienic cages, lack of attention from zookeepers)/ even mistreated (beaten, left to starve)
- dangerous place/ Harambe gorilla/ kid fell into its grounds/ immediately attacked the kid and dragged him around/ shot to death  if zoos/ closed down/ such accidents/ never happen

Zoos shouldn’t be shut down

- zoos protect/ safeguard animals from hunters, poachers (kẻ săn trộm)
+ an animal rescue centre in South Africa/ save/ the indigenous white elephant/ from being hunted to extinction/ by/ bringing them to a local zoo/ protect/ take care of them
- zoos/ ensure long-term survival for species/ on the brink of extinction/ due to/ environmental pollution/ climate change/ global warming
- zoos = ideal place/ students/ have first-hand experience of watching wildlife/ without/ going to/ the jungle/ or/ safaris

Children continuing to live with their parents

Advantages
- make big savings on living expenses such as rent, utility bills
- look after parents, especially those who are feeble (ốm yếu) or are suffering from chronic illnesses (bệnh kinh niên); this is particularly true for one-child families
- have more free time/ because/ parents/ help with housework/ use that free time/ learn new skills which complement their jobs
- less likely to feel lonely/ because/ have someone to talk with/ especially in stressful times such as breakup, unemployment, illness

DISADVANTAGES

- living in a multigenerational setting/ lead to/ conflicts/ due to/ generation gap or personality clash
- less likely to become independent and autonomous/ because/ depend on parents for support in daily matters such as doing housework, cooking, buying groceries
- might be deprived of privacy and freedom
+ ask for permission in terms of things such as going home after midnight, organizing a party at home
+ parents could bother children with personal questions about romantic relationships, pay, sexuality
