Objectives of the Course

Understanding the principles of healthy eating, food groups, nutrients, chemical structure, classification, functions, dietary sources, daily intake values in different age groups, nutritional deficiencies and toxicities and excessive intake, energy metabolism, nutrition in special circumstances, the principles of nutrition in various diseases or injuries, health workers (nurses, child development, and physical therapy and rehabilitation) in terms of nutrition, exercise and nutrition, nutrition for the properties of different phases of life, includes topics.

Learning Outcomes

This course,
-understand the principles of healthy eating,
-to know-food groups,
-to know the principles of nutrition-specific cases (pregnancy, lactation, childhood nutrition, nutrition in old age
-Various illnesses / injuries gives nutrition information.
