This is to advise you that the Commission has reviewed the Resale Agreement with Ntegrity Telecontent Services, Inc. pursuant to Section 252(e) of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 filed on February 28, 2005 by Verizon Maryland Inc.
After considering this matter at the May 25, 2005 Administrative Meeting, the Commission rejected the Resale Agreement for filing.
