Attached are a few Credit-by-Exam changes that John Georgas wanted to make for the Computer Science AP & IB exams. Primarily, it is just making sure that students are awarded credit for CS 126L in addition to what is already displayed in the catalog, CS 126. The scores are staying the same. Students will still need to score a 4 or a 5 on the AP - Computer Science A exam and a 5-7 on IB- Computer Science exam. Also, we wanted to remove the AP exam called Computer Science AB, since it is no longer offered. John’s approval is below asking us to proceed with these changes. We just need your approval to move forward. Thank you, Alecia

Hi John,
Did you want the labs to be added to CS 126 for credit to the AP and IB CS exams here: https://policy.nau.edu/policy/policy.aspx?num=100224? I was thinking that you did because I remember you calling me during the ATF meeting to fix them on the statewide matrix. I did fix them on the state matrix but they can’t stay that way unless we do the official process here. You know that process well, John… the UCC process. Anyway, please look over the attached doc. and edit it however you’d like, and let me know if you do in fact want these changes to happen for these exams. If so, I will work on getting it in for approval at the first September UCC meeting.
