Pickup Notes: Appointments are the carriers responsibility. All appointments, both inbound and outbound, will now be made through our new email appointments@harvestfoodgroup com. Phone calls will no longer be accepted. These emails will be checked Monday through Friday from am to pm. Any emails received after pm for next day pickup will be considered same day and will be charged accordingly. From Harvest Shipping Manager All same-day order requests, both customer pickup and HF G arranged, must be approved by the Logistics Manager. If the request is approved, I will contact the plant. The customer will be then be billed a $250 flat fee and be considered a work-in. Please try your best to discourage same-day pickups as it adds a lot of unnecessary stress on the plant.
