NB. You MUST supply the online bank receipt to the Booking Officer, either as an email attachment or by posting a hard copy with the Booking Form. Bookings will be confirmed by email. Please include stamped self-addressed envelope for hard-copy confirmation of your booking. On the day, if you are unable to come at the last minute, please phone the event organiser on their number listed above. If extreme weather conditions are forecast, the Friends may cancel outdoor activities. You will be informed of any cancellations, and monies paid will be refunded or transferred to another event.
