The team secured some changes and the intent of the document still remains an important record for members covered by the criteria. Health, Disability and Caring responsibilities are now recorded within one document. If Branches or members encounter any difficulties that these are raised as soon as possible so they can be addressed. BT Passport For Health, Disability and Caring Responsibilities.
