  1. Any person using the named insured’s covered auto with permission is insured under the liability section of the PAP. In the case above, since Dani has Tanya permission and injures another motorist, thus the insurer will cover the damages




  1. Under the liability coverage, intentional bodily injury or property damage is specifically excluded. In the case above, Tanya was liable since the accident is due to she under the influence of alcohol. Therefore,



  1. Liability coverage is not provided to any person for damage to property owned or being transported by that person. In the case above, since the car is used as paid transportation service, thus the insurance does not cover the damages. Beside, intentional bodily injury or property damage is also specifically excluded under liability coverage. Since Tanya suddenly changes lanes without signalling and hits another car, the intentional property damage to the other driver’s car is not covered under this insurance.




  1. Liability coverage excludes a vehicle furnished or made available for the named insured’s regular use. Therefore, since Tanya drives her boyfriend’s car on a regular basis, thus Tanya liability will not cover her.







e). Under the PAP, an eligible vehicle is a four wheel motor vehicle owned by the insured or leased by the insured for at least six continuous months. Thus, motorcycle is not eligible for coverage.
