We would like to thank you and members of your team for the excellent support you have provided us in the deployment of VDT on our National Grid.
We would like to take the opportunity to express our collaboration through the attached joint statement.
The statement indicates that APAC will identify a liaison to OSG for software support. The liaison person will be David Bannon (d.bannon@vpac.org).
The statement also indicates that APAC will provide a security contact as an interface on security and software updates. The security contact will also be David Bannon.
As advised previously, APAC is in the process of terminating its partnership and another organisation will be responsible for the national grid infrastructure. The new organisation is still being formed and you will be advised when this happens.
In the meantime, we feel it is important to sign this statement to record our efforts to date and to provide the basis of future collaboration.
