The project involved automation of special purpose glass crushing vending machine. Also designing of these machines are to be conveyer belt is connected. LDR based sensor and proximity sensor are used to detect the empty glass bottle. After that, crusher crush the empty glass bottle and automatically glass bottle drop down into container. Depends on the length and weight of glass bottle machine pay money. Automation is done with the help of PLC programming using ladder logic.

The work done in some modification was used for the commercial product of company.
