Builders, contractors, makers of housing or building goods, regulatory bodies (federal, provincial, and municipal), and, of course, building users are all part of the residential construction sector (owners and tenants). Some of the descriptions of the quality standards presented below are applicable to construction projects:
Management responsibility:
This component is concerned with management's commitment to a quality culture. The senior management of the company must set a quality policy and quality objectives, as well as demonstrate its commitment to quality. While the goals should be lofty, they should also be attainable.
Quality systems:
A quality handbook is often used to document a quality system. The written quality system must be relevant, realistic, up to date, reflect reality, and be properly applied.
Design Control:
Design flaws can be a key source of quality issues. ISO 9000 focuses on critical quality elements such as product safety, performance, and reliability. These factors of quality are defined throughout the design and development phases.
Document Control:
Appropriate documentation must be available at all critical sites, and records of modifications must be recorded as they occur. Document approval and issuance procedures, as well as procedures for document amendment, must be created.
Inspection and testing:
This ISO 9001 component ensures that procedures are in place to ensure that inspection and testing take place I for procured items, to verify that subcontractors have fulfilled their contractual obligations; (ii) for products in process, to allow for early recognition of nonconformities and timely disposition of the product; and (iii) for finished products, to complete the evidence of their full conformance with required specifications.
Inspection and test status:
The quality system should also include processes that guarantee that the status of intermediate items is always known, i.e., whether they have not yet been examined, examined, and accepted, or not accepted, as necessary.

I have read your post and there are some interesting points you have mentioned which is related to ISO 9000 standards. I would like to add important point with regards to quality management in construction sector in your comment. In my opinion, quality planning, quality control, quality assurance, and quality improvement are all activities of the overall management function that determine the quality policy, objectives, and responsibilities and implement them through quality planning, quality control, quality assurance, and quality improvement. Moreover, all the planned and systematic procedures required to offer sufficient assurance that a product or service will meet specified quality standards.

Thank you for sharing some remarkable points in terms of quality management. I would like to comment on the topic that you had to explain as you had not summarized some vital points which has been mentioned in ISO 9000. I would like to highlight some interesting point which has been given in ISO. The most important definition of quality in the context of ISO 9000 is that the product fits the needs of the users/customers, and that production is regulated in such a way that the product's dependability, consistency, and timeliness are ensured. This means that the criteria and methods for meeting quality standards are properly recorded and followed.
