4.5.5 Verification Verification is carried out fora petroleum undertaking by an ICB and is in addition to the petroleum undertakings assurance activities. The safety case must reference the petroleum undertaking’s Verification Scheme and it must comply with the requirements of sections 2.2.1 and 2.4 of the Compliance Assurance System document. 4.5.6 Well Verification Well Verification is carried out fora petroleum undertaking by an ICB and is in addition to the petroleum undertakings assurance activities. For any Well Work Activity undertaken from the Production Installation, Safety Critical Elements will include equipment required for well control such as The BOP Pumps and Choke and kill manifolds and associated lines and chokes. The Well Verification Scheme must be referenced in the safety case and meet the requirements in sections 2.2.1 and 2.5 of the Compliance Assurance System document. The safety case must document the completion of design and construction verification.
